Welcome to the popular family resort Village des Cigales at Fontaine de Saby in Mauroux, France. You will be welcomed here in several languages, including English. This simplifies your holiday and allows you to think of nothing more.
The holiday estate is managed and maintained by France Comfort, a group with experience in tourist destinations.
They ensure that the 3 different pools are in top condition and that all fantastic slides perfectly meet the requirements. The active guests can also find something to their liking in the recent playground in the shade of the trees, a football field, volleyball and a tennis court. A game of petanque, table tennis or chess can certainly also be taken care of in your holiday.
The family estate also has its own bar / restaurant, for when you want to pamper yourself. There is also an animation team present in the summer for the guidance of your children.
You can of course also choose to stay at your house. A total of 19 detached houses are available for this popular holiday village of France Comfort, including 4 Grillons and 15 Cigales.

These are wooden chalets for 4 people each with their own covered terrace. The chalets are currently getting a new fresh and white jacket and will be able to cope with the weather for a long time. On sale there is also an indoor renovation planned, for which an additional € 7,500 (all inclusive) is requested. This involves an upgrade of the interior finish and new furniture.
They are located in the middle of nature, from your terrace you can fully enjoy this. The Grillons have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen (with hot plates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and a living room with sitting and dining area. You also have all connections such as water, electricity, sewerage, TV and WIFI.
The Dordogne region is one of the most beautiful areas of France: beautiful nature, peace and quiet, all kinds of activities of choice and good food.
The holiday village is situated south of Sarlat, in the middle of the Cahors vineyards. You can easily reach it by car and even by plane.

With France Comfort you are assured of a reliable rental turnover, the summer holiday is already (march) fully booked! This rental income is shared fairly between all participating houses, so that each owner can enjoy this profit optimally.
You do not have to do anything for this. In return for a commission, France Comfort arranges the organization of the letting. They can easily follow this through their extensive network of tour operators. They also take care of the complete exploitation of the domain for you, so that you only have to make a choice of sun bed or chair.
